Service Providers

This page lists external providers approved by Shotoka株式会社 (Shotoka K.K.) to process information for Kikigo or this landing site. It supplements the Privacy Policy and can be updated independently when a provider or processing location changes. We assess providers, limit the information sent to them, and require appropriate contractual and security protections where they process personal data on our behalf.

Providers not yet selected
Cloudflare Email Service is selected for waitlist verification and invitation emails. The public waitlist endpoint is enabled and no launch announcement is currently sent. This pre-launch site also does not accept payments. The selected payment provider, and any model provider permitted to process private voice recordings or User Material, will be added here before that processing begins. We will not send private submissions to a model provider unless its applicable terms prohibit use of those submissions to train models for the provider or other customers, except where a user separately gives informed consent.
Information about overseas safeguards
To request further information about the framework used by an overseas recipient, its protective measures, our method and frequency of review, or relevant foreign legal systems, email [email protected]. We will provide the information without undue delay, subject only to restrictions necessary to protect security, trade secrets, or another person’s rights.
